With a decade-long stint in the publishing industry, where words and design intertwined to captivate audiences, Niharika found herself craving a new flavor adventure.

The Journey of Niharika Peri: From Media Maven to Pizza Maestro

Amidst leading high-profile campaigns for international art events, Niharika discovered a new passion simmering beneath the surface—a passion for the artistry of pizza-making. As an engineering dropout, Niharika’s path diverged from the conventional trajectory, leading her into the dynamic world of media production. Over a decade, she honed her skills at esteemed platforms like MTV, Zoom TV, and Eenadu TV, immersing herself in the art of storytelling through visuals and sound.

A European Culinary Awakening

But it was her time while managing PR for Sri Sri Ravi Shankar that truly changed Niharika’s path. Sent to Europe, specifically Romania, to lead workshops on the ‘Art of Living’, Niharika’s world expanded. It was during this time that she discovered her love for authentic Neapolitan sourdough pizza. This newfound passion stayed with her when she returned to Chennai, where she continued to indulge in her love for pizza while immersing herself in the city’s vibrant arts scene.

 

 

Building a Pizza Empire

In 2018, along with her husband Jaydev Vyas, Niharika decided to turn her passion into a business venture, birthing Eating Love—a haven for Neapolitan sourdough pizza enthusiasts in Bangalore. What started as a passion project quickly flourished into a culinary sensation, captivating taste buds and hearts alike. Fast forward to today, with two restaurants across Bangalore, Eating Love has opened its third space in Jayanagar too.
